About Liam

I became a Yoga Teacher in order to help people improve their mental, physical and spiritual health having benefitted from yoga myself during periods of anxiety, burnout & grief.

 

I believe that yoga is for every body and I pride myself in offering accesible and inclusive classes which help to quiet the mind, physically challenge the body in a healthy way and work towards helping students release tension and soothe anxiety allowing the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems to rebalance.

 

There is no encouragement of ego or competition in my classes. I welcome you to practice yoga as your authentic self.

 

I know that some days, just showing up on your mat is tough. I believe practicing any form of yoga is an important act of self-care and huge sign of persistence, strength and growth.

 

I am a fully insured and professionally trained Yoga teacher, taught to Yoga Alliance standards.
